Parliament House is one of Melbourne’s most recognisable landmarks. Presumably, its exciting history as the seat of the Parliament of Victoria and previously, the Parliament of Australia, is the reason so many young couples in the blush of love choose to have their wedding photographs on its steps.
With stunning lamps and rhythmic steps; stationed police guards; the suggestion of power and permanence, Luis Gonzalez Serrano reckons this is a location that says, “this one’s for keeps”.
